SELF CATERING at Brockstone Cottage, Grasmere

Cancellation Policy.
We request a deposit of £50 per room. If a room is cancelled with 4 weeks notice this is returned less 25%. For cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice the deposit is retained.If the booking is cancelled with less than 1 week's notice we will try our best to relet the accomodation, but reserve the right to charge in full if the rooms are not re let.
Guests are recommended to take out insurance to cover costs that may arise in case of cancellation.
